What should I do if my package has been returned to the sender?
If the tracking information shows that your package has been returned to the sender, this may be due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please contact our customer service here so that the address information can be corrected if necessary and a reshipment can be arranged. If a mistake occurred during transport, we will reship your package as quickly as possible. If the transport company attempted delivery multiple times, an additional shipping fee may apply for redelivery.
What steps should I take if my tracking information shows my package as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, here's what you can do:
- Verify the shipping address to ensure accuracy.
