How can I track my order?

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a link allowing you to track your delivery until it arrives at your home.

The tracking information indicates that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it.

If you were not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person may have left a delivery notice in your mailbox. Please first check if the package was delivered to your neighbours or taken to a nearby parcel shop. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service here.
